Phase 1 · Foundation

Steps 1, 2, 3. New UI on the real code, one login, sub-brands live. Partner API and MCP built under Haup's own apps.

Phase 2 · New channels

Steps 4, 5, 6. Chat booking, rides with a driver and trip chat, ops by chat. One-click partner sites piloted with 1–2 partners. Robot pilot.

Phase 3 · Scale

Step 7 open to all partners, step 8 robots-as-a-service. All products in Thailand, Bali and Japan.
